You don’t need any previous knowledge, qualifications or experience to take part in the beginners’ course. Our beginner course is specifically designed for newcomers. Each location has a limited number of boxing gloves that you can borrow free of charge. So if you don’t have your own gloves for your first lesson, that’s no problem. <\/p>\n
However, we recommend that you get your own boxing gloves quickly, especially for reasons of hygiene.<\/p>\n
There are no requirements for special boxing clothes – just pick something you like to wear while exercising. We recommend that you bring a towel and a bottle of water. <\/p>\n
