You don’t need any previous knowledge, qualifications or experience to take part in the beginners’ course. Our beginner’s course is specially designed for newcomers. To join the advanced course, you must have completed our beginner course or have at least 6 months boxing experience. <\/p>\n

Each location has a limited number of boxing gloves that you can borrow free of charge. So if you don’t have your own gloves for your first lesson, that’s no problem. <\/p>\n

However, we recommend that you have your own boxing gloves, mainly for hygiene reasons.<\/p>\n

There are no requirements for special boxing clothes – just pick something you like to wear while exercising. We recommend that you bring a towel and a bottle of water. <\/p>\n
